The company does not guarantee specific commercial, financial, or business outcomes resulting from marketing campaigns.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information required for campaign creation
Ensure that their products, services, or research activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Obtain any required regulatory approvals (including IRB approvals for clinical research campaigns where applicable)
Respond to generated leads in a timely manner

BBK Marketing is not responsible for client-side operations, including sales, patient screening, or customer follow-up.

4. Lead Generation Disclaimer

BBK Marketing Solutions provides lead generation services only.

We do not guarantee:

The quality of leads
Conversion rates
Sales performance
Patient enrollment in clinical studies

Leads represent individuals who have voluntarily submitted their information through advertising campaigns.

Final qualification and verification of leads is the responsibility of the client.

5. Clinical Research Campaigns

When BBK Marketing manages campaigns related to clinical research studies, the following applies:

BBK Marketing does not conduct medical research.
BBK Marketing does not provide medical advice.
BBK Marketing does not determine study eligibility.

All medical screening, study participation, and patient eligibility decisions are handled exclusively by the research organization conducting the study.

6. Payments and Fees

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with services provided by BBK Marketing Solutions.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payments are non-refundable
Campaign costs may include advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Meta or Google
Administrative or setup fees may apply

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Advertising Platforms

Marketing campaigns may run on third-party platforms including but not limited to:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
TikTok
Other digital advertising networks

BBK Marketing is not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, account restrictions, or advertising approval decisions made by these platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by BBK Marketing, including but not limited to:

advertising creatives
marketing strategies
campaign structures
graphic assets
written content

remain the intellectual property of BBK Marketing Solutions LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use campaign materials for the duration of the marketing engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBK Marketing Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

loss of revenue
loss of profits
loss of business opportunities
indirect or consequential damages

arising from the use of our services.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBK Marketing Solutions LLC against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

the client’s business activities
misleading advertising claims provided by the client
regulatory violations by the client
misuse of marketing materials

11. Termination of Services

BBK Marketing reserves the right to terminate services at any time if:

the client violates these Terms
payment obligations are not fulfilled
the client engages in unlawful activities

Upon termination, any unpaid balances remain due.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the business relationship, including marketing strategies, campaign data, and business operations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

BBK Marketing Solutions LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the official website.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
